Basic Motors and Honda Motor Co. prepare to co-produce a line of reasonably priced electrical vehicles, with a target on compact crossovers, starting in 2027.
The automakers say the collaboration will allow world wide output of “thousands and thousands” of EVs, such as compact crossovers. The cars will be dependent on a new world wide electric powered architecture run by GM’s Ultium battery engineering, GM and Honda stated in a joint assertion Tuesday.
